Recently, our 1250 High-speed Twisting Machine was fully containerized and shipped to the overseas market.
This machine is applicable to wire and cable production processes. It is mainly used for stranding bare copper wires, aluminum wires and tinned copper wires to form conductors. It can also perform pairing stranding and cabling of multiple insulated core wires.
It can manufacture power cables, control cables, RV/RVV flexible wires, instrument cables and other products, and supports switching between S-lay and Z-lay stranding directions. Adopting double stranding technology, two twist pitches are completed in one rotation for high production efficiency.
It is suitable for stranding copper and aluminum conductors, and can be matched with compacting dies to produce compact round conductors. It can be used for cabling of insulated core wires with 2 to 7 cores.
