Building Wire Insulation Line:

  1. The EX series are specifically designed for the building wires.
  2. Specific screws and barrels can be applied for PVC, PE, LSNH, Teflon, Nylon and etc.
  3. The extrusion crosshead can be selected from center-adjusted or adjustless with function of strip color and skin color .
  4. Crosshead clampers of EX series are double-tooth rod chain driven, and other fixed parts has the function of auto-centering.
  5. Operation plate of main control box is mounted with human-computer interface and also traditional button switch to ensure operational simplicity.
  6. Tem-control is from Japanese RKC series tem-controller &solidity repay(SSR).​
