  1. Application: for the extrusion non-stop production or rewinding line;
  2. Length: horizontal 12 meters;
  3. Stretching force: 2.2KW variable frequency AC motor;
  4. Applicable wire diameter: φ0.9-φ15mm;
  5. Tension form: 20KG magnetic powder clutch;
  6. Range of tension: ≤1400N;
  7. Wire Storage length: 200m;
  8. Guide wheel: diameter 300/400mm, material is alloy aluminum, surface anodized hardening, the number of wheels is 10+11 wheels;
  9. Anti-collision: compression spring;
  10. Safety device: limit contact detection, disconnection and shutdown;
  11. Tension output form: detected from the encoder, the tension changes linearly according to the change of the position of the storage line.
