Application:

Working Principle:

During normal operation, a certain distance between the fixed wheel and the moving wheel can store a certain length of cables. The wire accumulator is equipped with a pneumatic clamping device. When the pay-off changes the reel, the pneumatic clamping device clamps the cable at the entrance of the wire accumulator, and at the same time releases the brake. The cable on the cable is gradually emptied. After wire joint reel completed changed , the wire clamp is opened, the clamping device is loosened, and the transmission part moves the moving wheel away from the fixed wheel and stores a certain amount of cables. The tension of the cable between the two wheels is controlled electrically. Different cables use corresponding traction speed, which can be realized by motor speed regulation. The reserve line brake is automatic. Once the cable is clamped, the wire accumulator begins to unload automatically. The tension at the outlet of the accumulator is constant.
