High Speed Concentric Stranding Line 

1. Application for the production of all types of High Voltage and Extra-high Voltage Power cable, from overhead to insulated, AC type (using high quality Milliken conductor) or DC type (using large round compacted conductor or trapezoidal wires);
2. Designed for no-back-twist stranding;
3. Maximum design speed of Cage: 500r/min;
4. Stranded pitch: 40～350mm(Stepless Adjustable);
5. The stranded body is a concentric structure, which is composed of front and rear supporting seat, flying wing system, bobbin storage system and wire dividing system. The cage, storage bobbin and the traverse system are driven by an independent variable frequency motor;
6. Each section of cage is equipped with are rewinding device, the core wires are rewinded to the bobbin through an an external rewinding payoff, and each reel is rewinding one wire. The core wire rewinding on the bobbin through a separate motor traverse the cable.

Advantage of the machine:

1. Due to the concentric structure of the cage (the center of the payoff bobbin and the rotation center of the cage coincide), the centrifugal force of each bobbin is very small, so the rotating speed of the cage is higher and the stranding speed is faster, and the production efficiency is improved;

2. The storage bobbin of the cage with large loading capacity, and does not require frequent loading and unloading, which greatly reduced the amount of labor for the operator;

3. After the single wire on the storage bobbin of the cage is finished payoff,the single wire after drawing can be directly rewinded onto the bobbin which reduced the turnover process;

4. The tension of the cage have nothing to do with the rotating speed of cage, and the tension is stable and adjustable;

5. The structure of the twisted body is compact and reasonable, few wearing parts, the maintenance quantity is greatly reduced, and the maintenance cost is saved;
