70+45 Building Wire Extrusion Line

 

1. Main Technical Parameter:

  • Application: suitable for the PVC, PE, XLPE for wire and cable insulation and sheath extrusion;
  • Operation Direction: Right hand (Face to the machine left payoff, right takeup) or left hand (right payoff, left takeup).
  • Input Wire Specifications: ￠1.0-8mm;
  • After coating: MAXφ12mm;
  • Operation Method: Touch screen operation;
  • Design Line Speed:Max 300M/min, (Depends on finished outer diameter)
  • 70 Extrusion Capacity:200kg/H(Open crosshead soft PVC);
  • 45Extrusion Capacity:80kg/H(Open crosshead soft PVC);

3. Production Line Electric Control System:

  • Electric temperature control: temperature control table control;
  • Power control: controlled by main switch and each brand switch;
  • Motor operation control: frequency converter separate drive control each motor;
  • Auxiliary accessories such as caliper and spark machine are completely integrated into the whole system, with higher automation, wire diameter setting, wire diameter control, automatic control Voltmeter: total voltage display;
  • Electric heating temperature control (Japan RKC):within range of ±2℃, accuracy control 7 measuring temperature points, to fit different technological requirements
  • Electric heating ampere meter: display heating of each zone, easily to check;
  • cooling fan control: control by RKC temperature-controlled meter, keep temperature curve to straightness;
