- The EX series are specifically designed for the manufacture of building wires.
- Specific screws and barrels can be chosen to match the material for extrusion, such as PVC, PE, LSNH, Teflon, Nylon and etc.

Insulation line can be equipment with a co-extruder for color skinning and stripping purposes

Can competed with THHN insulation lines by including a tandem extruder for PA(Nylon) outer Jacketing.
- Crosshead clampers of EX series are double-tooth rod chain driven, and other fixed parts has the function of auto-centering.
- Operation plate of main control box is mounted with human-computer interface and also traditional button switch to ensure operational simplicity.
- Electric circuit control is from Siemens programmable controller(PLC).
- Tem-control is from Japanese RKC series tem-controller &solidity repay(SSR).
- Hopper dryer& Auto-suction device is from TAIWAN Brand.
