The screw adopts the design method of the arc-shaped screw rib structure, and the extrusion quality is much better than that of other forms of screw; the screw design adopts the heat pipe technology. It can prevent plastic from overheating and decompose while strengthening shearing; improve plasticization and homogenization of plastics; ensure high-speed extrusion and homogenization of plastics; ensure high-speed extrusion of plastics.
The barrel is heated by cast aluminum heater.
The number of temperature control sections in 6 areas of the fuselage and the number of temperature control sections in 4 areas of the crosshead. The fuselage adopts electric heating and air cooling, and the maximum heating temperature of the barrel is 300 ℃. The fuselage and the machine head are equipped with temperature measuring holes. The thermocouple adopts a spiral compression spring type, and the contact point of the temperature sensing head can be adjusted manually on the thermocouple without any tools.
The transmission gear adopts hard surface grinding, forced lubrication by pressure oil, and has the function of oil pressure protection. The gear box model is 375.
