Description:
The TQD series are designed for pulling and transferring wires and cables in the wire & cable manufacturing production lines. This series of machines are normally attached to lines such as extrusion lines, armoring lines, rewinding lines and etc. The TQD series utilize pneumatic tension control system, which provides enough pulling force on the cable or wire while leaving no dents or other damage to the insulation or sheath.
- It is impacted by pneumatic and tension the belt automatically. The transmission is by the motor and gearbox. The machine has low noise, high output. Synchronous controls the traction speed and the extruding speed, which level off and credibility. The controller is imported. There are level and vertical idler wheels on the edge of the output and input. The clearance can be adjusted according the wire diameter.

Cable guide roller
Suitable for adjustment friendly horizontally & vertically with rollers suitable up to all sizes of cores & cables.The guide roller stand shall be composed of two Nos: horizontal & vertical rollers( hard chromium plated rollers). Adjustment of each rollers set ( horizontal & vertical) shall be adjusted with one handle.
