Product Description

φ150mm cable extruder Machine:

  1. Power: 200kW AC variable frequency motor;
  2. Reduction gear box: the gear adopts grinding gear, and the special gear box for the extruder;
  3. screw rod: 38CrMoAlA, 150mm, length-diameter ratio: 25:1;
  4. screw barrel: 38CrMoAlA;
  5. Screw speed: 10-70r/min;
  6. amount of glue output :850kg/h (open machine head, soft PVC);
  7. Electric heating: heating the casting aluminum heater with voltage of 220V, 6 sections of the screw barrel, and heating power is 7kW per section; Machine clamping 1 section, aluminum casting heating sheet, heating power 2*1500W;
  8. Machine clamps: two-piece machine clamps;
  9. cooling method: 6 centrifugal fans of high pressure cooling air driven by screw barrel, with a power of 750W; Machine clamp for natural cooling;
