Concentric stranding line for manufacturing ACSR, copper and aluminium stranded conductors. The concentric stranding machine is designed specifically for no-back-twist stranding and pressing of circular and sector-shaped copper, aluminium and ACSR conductors. This stranding machine boasts a sturdy frame structure that ensures high running speed, reaching up to 100m/min, with a maximum operating line speed of 500rpm, three times faster than traditional rigid stranding lines.
