- Designed for high speed insulation extrusion for automotive wires, applicable materials include PVC, PE, XLPE, PU and etc.
- Operation control Method: Touch screen+PLC；
- Line speed:Max 1000M/min;
- Power control: controlled by main switch and each brand switch；
- Motor operation control: frequency converter separate drive control each motor；
- Auxiliary accessories such as caliper and spark machine are completely integrated into the whole system, with higher automation, wire diameter setting, wire diameter control, automatic control;
- Electric heating temperature control (Japan RKC):within range of ±2℃, accuracy controls and measuring temperature points, to fit different technological requirements;
- Electric heating ampere meter: display heating of each zone, easily to check;
- Cooling fan control: control by RKC temperature-controlled meter, keep temperature curve to straightness;
- Each part action indicate light: indicate light to be markedness, to show real time working condition;
- Cabinet inside floodlight: open cabinet door, the light auto lighten, be easy to make operation, and be beneficial to be safe;
