Auto Dual Reel Take-up

 

Description

  1. Auto Double coiling take-up is suitable for spooling with bobbin diameter from 500mm to 1250mm.
  2. Each model supports 2 types of spools, and 400 taper spools are compatible for this series.
  3. Spool change are automatic,
  4. Loading and unloading can be switched between manual mode and automatic mode
  5. The machine is controlled by PLC and has a touch screen interface, can be integrated to any extrusion line.
  6. Power:AC variable frequency motor；
  7. Traverse:Servo Motor control；
  8. Bobbin Change: Automatically switch between empty and full disks, the length of the changeable disk can be preset, and the meter can be automatically changed (with independent meter, encoder meter).
  9. Change length error: ﹥10m;
  10. Changeover success rate:98%；
  11. Loading and Unloading of the bobbin: Manually, equipped with upper and lower guide roller brackets；
  12. Control description: This machine is operated by independent electric box, reserved emergency stop, linkage interface, meter output interface.
