Electric Control:
- The production line is controlled by PLC and touch screen, driven by ac motor and drive unit adopts 690 governor. All technical parameters can be set on the touch screen, and production process parameters can be set and stored. Display production working parameters, machine working state and machine fault point, each section cage can be set separately related parameters, and can be set according to the actual situation to modify the parameters; The whole machine is controlled by Siemens PLC and touch mode screen. Different working states are set in the program, which can keep the wire pitch substantially the same in different operating conditions.
